butterfly effect

a touch
so light
I would have missed

it had I not
been looking

wings
so fragile
beating into

currents strong enough
to alter winds

may my words
so broken
fall soft upon tender

hearts ready to
change the world

hanging out at the pub today, where poets meet

Beautifully expressed. Love the comparison to the butterfly, one of most gentle of all creatures. Yes, may one's words fall on open hearts. May they rest as easiy as a butterfly lights upon a flower!

ah that our words could be as soft as the feet of the butterfly...and filled with as much beauty...smiles.

This is special, one of the moments that are such a gift. And your words do make a difference in our world that is so in need of hope and grace.

I love this. Just really special. Much needed reminder to be still enough to feel the butterflies!

How a butterfly wings can start a torrent of wind..... The smallest things can create the biggest changes... So well put!

Beautiful. A reminder of what might be missed if we forget to allow ourselves to be in the moment.
