all who follow his precepts have good understanding.
To him belongs eternal praise.

The fear of the Lord is such a lost art. People mistakenly believe "Fear" only means respect, but it is so much more than that. We do not fear the Lord enough, for if we did, we would not do the things we do and would do more of what He's called us to do.
My favorite verse is "...a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." Not because I want to be praised, but because I know that's the place God wants me.
Thank you for sharing.

In wandering through your pictures of this school and knowing the displacement of these children, the direct Word of God can surely penetrate into some hearts. I pray that the LORD is at work there.
Thank you for your thoughts on my WFW...I do not live where I can see the calves leaping but I have seen them and got such a pleasure just thinking about them.
May your day be a blessing, ~ linda
great photo and verse! looks like i'm going to need to explore your blog some more.
Oh how neat.
What a WISE word for us all.
Blessings to you this WFW♥
I taught this to a group of tweens last year...it was very interesting to explain what "fear" really was! Thanks...and happy wfw!
AMEN!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and introducing yourself. I love the message in this post. I love that verse and agree with your first commenter that many lose the meaning of what it means to "fear the Lord," and that we should fear Him more often.
Amen! That's what His Word says.
