walls coming down

walls stand
against the hammer
stubborn they resist 
the falling but
freedom waits
rising from the 
dust breathing in
new life
possibilities unleashed

yes, those old walsl can be stubborn, and sometimes a little frightening but it's usually worth the mess once you're done.....
