A bridge calls outeven in silence
demanding a choice
of options simple
but not easy
over
under
or remain still.
Like a fork in the road
without a sign post
you can never
in your own understanding
be sure
which is the better way.
But the One
Who Himself
became the bridge
to reconnect us
to the Father
will speak softly
and surely
"this is the way, walk in it"
And your ears will hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way; walk in it, when you turn to the right hand and when you turn to the left.

Praise Him who laid down His life.

love love the photo,
ReplyDeleteand bridges are possibilities right?
and thank you for your kind comment .
The bridge in this post is so beautiful. The picture even captured the shadow so well. Your verse had good meaning. A bridge offers choice, whether to go ahead or not. If you go ahead, you might attain a different destiny. Nice poetry.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully striking picture. Beautiful image of what God offers us.
ReplyDeletelove the bridge,
ReplyDeleteyour words bridge the gap in between,
what a cute piece.
I love to dance across that bridge into his arms, this analogy is golden
ReplyDeleteMany are called but few are chosen, we need to listen with our hearts, lest we forget, and become too much one with this material world.
